WINE LIST DESIGN

Designing a good balanced wine list can be quite daunting. You have to get the right mix of prices, varietals, regions, styles, artisan and comfort brands, both domestic and imported wines.

The wine list needs to compliment the Chefs food. Ideally it’s your interpretation of the best wines in each category/ price point, and a few speciality wines for celebration and extravagance.

Then it has to be costed to ensure the business is making enough profit while being well price for it’s customers and their mobile phone price checks.
